Reiki is an energetic healing system from Japan.  It is used to reduce stress and also promotes healing.  It is practiced by laying on hands and is based on the premise that an unseen life force energy flows through us and every other living thing in the universe.

A Reiki session fells like you are receiving a wonderful glowing energy that flows through and around you.  Reiki affects the whole person including the body, mind and spirit.  A session creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace and tranquility and a sense of well-being.  Many people have reported miraculous results.

This first level of Reiki will teach you how to treat yourself and others.  The class includes 4 attunements and time for practice.  Each participant will give a treatment as well as receive a treatment each day.

The class is taught by Roni Mattera, teacher and Reiki Master.
